Group Rate

We are pleased to offer a discounted Group Rate at the Hotel Bennett of $529.00 per night for Monday, September 18 and Tuesday, September 19. If you would like to extend your stay, the Group Rate is available following the event pending hotel availability. Our group rate is not available for Sunday, September 17.

Make Your Reservation

To take advantage of the Group Rate, click here to make your reservation before 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Reservation requests received after this cut-off date will be at Hotel Bennet’s prevailing rate, based on availability. Please be advised this booking link only has the ability for reservations that arrive on Monday, September 18 and depart on Wednesday, September 20th. If you plan to arrive earlier or depart later, please call the hotel directly to book by calling 877-661-8981 and selecting option #2.

Check-In / Check-Out

Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day. If you are looking for special consideration for late checkout, please inquire at the front desk.

Early Departure Fee

In the event that you reserve a room within this block and check out prior to your reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one night’s stay at the Group Rate will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
